Malirid is used for the treatment and prevention of malaria. It is also used in the treatment of certain bacterial infections.

Malirid containing the active ingredient primaquine is considered an antimalarial type of medication. The medication is used to prevent and treat malaria caused by mosquito bites in countries where malaria is common. It works by killing the malaria parasites living inside red blood cells and other body tissues. Some people may also use the medication to treat pneumocystis pneumonia in AIDS patients.

Jeequin 400 MG Hydroxychloroquine Tablets are non-prescription tablets that treat malaria. Hydroxychloroquine works by calming the immune system, which can help reduce inflammation in people with autoimmune conditions. For example, it can help reduce the inflammation that causes swollen and stiff joints in rheumatoid arthritis

Jeequin 200 is a non-prescription anti-malarial tablet that contains 200 mg of hydroxychloroquine. Hydroxychloroquine is a steroid-sparing agent that is part of a class of drugs called disease-modifying antirheumatic drugs (DMARDs). DMARDs reduce the dose of steroids needed to treat autoimmune and inflammatory diseases such as rheumatoid arthritis and lupus erythematosus.
