USES:

Medication is a birth control pill, suspected birth control failure.

It inhibits ovulation, prevents transport of sperm or eggs and prevents fertilization and alters the lining of the uterus to prevent implantation if fertilization occurs.

i-Pill Emergency Contraceptive Pill, 1 Tablet is a female hormone called progestin (a form of progesterone) used to prevent unintended pregnancy and hormone therapy. i-Pill Emergency Contraceptive Pill, 1 Tablet is used as a single agent in emergency contraception, and as a hormonal contraceptive released from an intrauterine device (IUD).  i-Pill Emergency Contraceptive Pill, 1 Tablet is the most commonly used emergency contraceptive. Unintended pregnancy is a pregnancy that occurred either unwanted when no children or no more children were desired. Also, pregnancy is mistimed, such as the pregnancy occurred earlier than desired.

i-Pill Emergency Contraceptive Pill, 1 Tablet contains 'Levonorgestrel', which prevents the release of an egg from the ovary (female reproductive cells) or prevents fertilization of an egg by sperm (male reproductive cells). i-Pill Emergency Contraceptive Pill, 1 Tablet may also change the lining of the uterus to prevent the development of a pregnancy. i-Pill Emergency Contraceptive Pill, 1 Tablet does not have any effect if you are already pregnant hence does not cause abortion.

Progynova 2mg Tablet is a female sex hormone (estrogen). This is a type of hormone replacement therapy (HRT) that is used to treat symptoms associated with menopause (hot flushes, vaginal dryness, and itching), estrogen deficiency, and thinning of bones (osteoporosis).

Uses:

It is a birth control pill, prescribed after unprotected or suspected birth control failure.

It is available in the form of tablet to take by mouth, with or without food, and intrauterine system for 5 years.

Check all drugs you are taking with your doctor. This drug may not mix well with some other drugs. Avoid cigarette smoking. People 35 years of age andor smoking more than 15 cigarettes per day have more chance for heart disease.

It contain two hormones combined at low doses in a single pill, with three different fixed dose combinations, designed to simulate the three phases normally seen during the menstrual cycle.
